It was a pleasure meeting Claudio. I found him through the NextDoor app and subsequent to that through Thumbtack. I don't often write a review but in this case felt compelled to do so. Claudio worked on repairs for me on my large 10 year old deck. Ten years had taken a toll on it. There was rotted wood on the substructure of the deck. This involved structural pieces that had to be replaced. He pointed out a couple of weaknesses that were inherent in the original design and defined a fix that required a couple of additional 6"x 6" down posts. All the work I needed was done in a timely manner and I feel the deck is now better constructed than when it was new! "CU General Contractor and Carpentry" is on the top of my list for any future issues around the house I might have. Thank You!
