Unfortunately we did not have a great experience with this company. After they finished the floors in our new home, we hired them to sand and put poly down on the floors on another property we own. They put poly down but did not sand! The stairs still have staples and holes in them. We reached out and tried to resolve this with Hugo, but he is refusing to come back and fix the job. Picture shows the stairs after he says the job was completed.
