- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out and meet the customer. See what they need done and get and idea of their time frame and budget. I will then write up an estimate and contact the customer. If everything looks good we then decide on a schedule and sign off and get started. Everything is communicated to the customer during the project and kept informed of any issues. If issues found, work stops and estimate written for additional work and customer contacted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are OSHA & EPA trained in Asbestos Awareness which is important because customers know we work to keep everyone safe.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My grandfather was a carpenter, my father was a home improvement contractor and I grew up learning.
