- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients can experience working with me immediately by joining me on Insight Timer for guided Yoga Nidra or signing up for Deep Rest in Your Inbox, my email community with free practices and support. Many start by becoming a Nidra Babe, exploring membership at their own pace, asking questions, and discovering how guided rest supports nervous system balance, stress reduction, and self-awareness. From there, individuals can choose one-on-one sessions to: Rewire and repattern unwanted habits and limiting beliefs Make transformational lifestyle changes Align with their authenticity and manifest their heart’s desires Experience self-realization — all while resting as awareness, effortlessly integrating change This approach ensures clients feel supported, safe, and empowered, with full choice over how deeply they engage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With nearly three decades of mindful education and teaching experience, including over 20 years in a first-grade public school inclusive classroom, I’ve guided children, educators, and adults toward presence, calm, and resilience. My journey has been shaped by Mindfulness Exercises mentorship (currently enrolled), Yoga mentorship with Scott Moore, and Positive Intelligence training, which continue to inform my approach. I am passionate about creating safe, heart-centered spaces where people can release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with their authentic selves — all while learning that rest is a powerful practice, not just a pause.
