- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the individual job because of the individual nature of the work. We also offer a range of services for each situation. For instance, if a squirrel chews a hole through your soffit we can simply block the hole or we can repair the soffit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a phone call. I will ask you a series of questions to get a better idea of what is going on. I can then give you a free general estimate over the phone. Next a physical inspection might be necessary to determine what is actually going on. There is a fee attached to inspections to cover the expenses we incur by physically coming out to your location. The good news is that the inspection fee is waived if we decide to do business together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in this field since 2008. I have extensive experience dealing with a wide range of insect and wildlife issues. I have attended many seminars and training sessions to further my education. I trained and currently handle K9 "Benny" a Yellow Labrador trained in bed bug detection.
