Blue Diamond Painters don’t under price bids just to win jobs. We price for the premium work we bring with premium paint. We have the best painters and want our jobs to last 7-10 years not just 2. We ensure our work is top of the line, where we would leave a job and the customer is more than happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Blue Diamond painters first and foremost introduce ourselves to the customer as not just a business but a person as well. We understand your not a job but a person who worked hard for their money and deserves to receive what you ask for. We walk you through the process and stay in touch throughout. Our customers is what’s keeps our family together.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I had a bad experience with a painter, I come from the military/management world where professional interactions is key to a great company. I decided to change the scope of how painters are viewed and bring a trust worthy feel with great work. As a customer we should feel our home is in great hands and enjoy the people working for us.
