- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For me, the pricing varies per job. Some jobs I charge hourly but then there are other jobs where the price is based on the job itself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat every customer the same, the only difference is when I work with a new customer I am always weary on whether they can be trusted with certain forms of payment like checks. I have been scammed before with bad checks and other forms of payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received many certificates in the area of work that I offer. I have my osha 10, I take monthly safety test for electrical, plumbing, painting, mold and mildew training and other safety courses the keep me educated in the work I offer.
