Introduction: When performing a Home Inspection I have no time limit. I'll remain onsite as long as my customer has questions. The job is not considered done until all questions are anwswered and the customer is comfortable with their future Home purchase.
What I like most about my job is watching a customer who starts the Home Inspection process with a reserve face and emotions, and finishes with a smile and sense of confidence that comes from gaining an understanding of how their future Home works.
