- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are flexible we work with the customer to ensure there needs are met. Discounts available if the job requires more than 2 hours, our prices are flat rate.Contact us for a Quote we will be more than happy to have you as a customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you contact us for a job we immediately call or email and discuss the job with you. we will call before the job date to confirm and call the day of to let you know we are on the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked for a moving company for over 10 years then i decided to start my own so i know what it takes and how to move and make the customer feel comfortable.
