We held an Athlete Formal for our athletes with and without Intellectual disabilities plus their friends and families. Chef Michel came to our office and made sure that we had a well rounded healthy menu that was tailored to what we needed. After additional athletes wanted to register after the deadline Chef Michel went out and purchased additional food to make sure that we were covered. He also had a very personal touch with all in attendance and people raved about the quality of the food. We had a line waiting to get more of the food. He went above and beyond our expectations.
