We are a new, local business serving lower Fairfield County, focused exclusively on dryer vent systems. Our mission is to make your home safer from the possibility of a dryer fire (a leading cause of home fires), and to make sure your dryer is working efficiently, saving you time and energy. Since we focus exclusively on dryer vent systems, we carry exactly the right tools and supplies in our vans and can get the job done on the spot. We use a 10-point inspection process, from the dryer to the termination point. We test air flow for lint blockages, examine materials used and their state of repair, and provide a recommendation for cleaning, repairs or installations as needed. We are committed to providing prompt, courteous service, cleaning up thoroughly, and providing a refreshingly positive experience for the homeowner. All of work we provide protected by our 90 day DONE RIGHT PROMISE, in which we will return to your home at no cost to you if you believe the job was not done right, and we will make it right. We always provide 10% off for Seniors and Veterans!

Anthony of Dryer Vent Wizard assessed the situation. Our dryer vent was not up to code. He drilled a hole in the exterior wall and installed a new vent. We are very pleased. We could have had a fire. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

This is a fantastic company. They were very responsive when I first called. Their technician was very knowledgeable and great to work with. Called them on a Wednesday and the job was completed on Saturday of the same week. It was a complicated installation of a new dryer vent system, and is working beautifully.

I have used this company twice now for annual cleaning. Both times Anthony came to do the service. He is polite. Respectful of the home he is working in and generally a very nice man. He is efficient and does a great job explaining what needs to be done. A credit to the company!It was easy to make an appointment for the service and easy to pay when the job is complete. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for cleanings vary based on vent line length, height and accessibility of the external vent termination and other factors. All cleanings are done by hand with spin brushes (no "blow and go"). Additional services such as vent line installation/replacement, vent cover replacement and repairs are priced individually with our national price book. We frequently offer seasonal promotions and discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our tech comes to your home and performans a thorough 10-point inspection. We test air flow both inside and outside, inspect for system damage and the use of proper materials. The technician then then discusses the work with the customer and provides an itemized proposal. No work is done unless the customer agrees. We leave every home as clean or cleaner than when we arrived.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Out technicians are hired due to their background in home repair, HVAC or related fields. All tech's receive throrough training from our corporate trainers, and apprentice with live field trainers. Techs are required to pass a certification course each year.
