We hired Jess as a middle school graduation present for our daughter. Starting high school is hard enough without also having to worry about having the right look, and god knows, I am not knowledgeable about current trends. Jess was wonderful. She truly got my daughter and helped to pick out the perfect wardrobe with everything on trend and most importantly, on budget. She did the whole thing in an hour saving me money, valuable time and plenty of tears (what teenage girl listens to anything their mother has to say? 😜). The best part of all of this is the happiness and confidence of my girl everyday due to the great clothes she now has to wear.

Okay. So I know nothing about fashion. It was never something I grew up with and something I never held with importance. I've had some changes in my life come up so I decided it was time to re-invent myself, and part of that was getting a nice wardrobe. I could write a novel about my experience with Jess, but I'll keep it short: I simply just can't say enough good things about my time working with her. First off, she is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She will tell you like it is and knows her stuff. Every piece she chose for me was not only spot on, but it felt like me. Not once did I try anything on and thought "this isnt me." She doesn't pick clothes out for you, she makes sure you LOOK GOOD and she chooses things based on you. As well, she's practical. I told her I wanted her to help me build a wardrobe from the ground up, and she did just that. She looked at what I needed and how I can wear each piece so I have things to dress down and up for every occasion. There were even some pieces of clothing that we really liked, but even she was like "no reason to get this. You don't need it." Second, she was an absolute joy to work with. From the first phone conversation we had I knew it wasn't just a job for her, and that she actually cares. This wasn't just about new clothing for me, it was about redefining myself and starting a new chapter in my life, and she understood that and I knew I could trust her with helping me do that. And then we met up in-person at Nordstrom, which is a store I am usually very uncomfortable going in (cause I just feel like it's too nice of a store for me). She made the whole time we were there so comfortable and welcoming and I even had fun! She's incredibly personable and fun to work with and, while she is incredibly professional and doesn't waste any time, she doesn't take herself too seriously and allows you guys to joke around and have fun while working. Okay, so I wrote a novel just now...but anything less would have been too little. It was an all-around amazing experience, and I could not be happier with everything Jess did! I'm ready and excited to start my new chapter in my life, and I have Jess to thank for that.

My time with Jess was amazing! She made me see myself in different styles than I normally would go for. Normally I go for high necks when I should be going for lower necks. Her tips to get started organizing my wardrobe made a big difference! She also teaches little secrets about shopping and other things that you would never think of. I am so lucky that I found her!
