Lucy’s hardwood floors did an amazing job at matching the floor color to our original floors in our living room. She was flexible in pricing and always responsive at answering all of our questions. Got done in a timely manner. I would totally use her again to do anymore work I need done for flooring in our house. Thanks so much!!!!

Finished product was beautiful. My floors really look like new. I do wish there was a bit more care in protecting my baseboards and trim. Even though there is a disclaimer in the contract releasing responsibility for it, the right thing to do is to make efforts to values the customers home and property as the service is intended to enhance it's beauty. There could be better communication system for informing when workers have arrived and left the home for the obvious safety concerns.
