- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always prefer to quote a flat rate for any job. This way, you will know up-front exactly how much your project will cost, assuming there are no adds or changes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An email, text, or call describing your needs will get things rolling. I'll then offer possible solutions with approximates costs. Once we are in agreement on the process and the estimate, I'll work with you throughout the project to ensure that you understand exactly what I'm doing and why I'm doing it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My business, Genius Homes, has been working in the home automation sector since 2009. I have worked with most every smart product line and am certified by Nest (Google), Ring (Amazon), SimpliSafe, Kevo, August, Arlo, and Netgear.
