- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates reflect the quality of my work and the time it takes thoroughly to clean your space. I offer special services and packages for clients. If you have any questions and need a quote, please feel free to reach out!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we begin with initial contact, I will respond to any inquires you may have and gather the needed information to proceed with the cleaning. We will proceed by scheduling a consultation, so we can further discuss the size of space, special requirements, and frequency of cleaning. I will then provide a quote and if agreed upon, the magic then follows! I will provide the cleaning, afterwards a check up and from then on maintain communication and schedule future cleanings if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands on experience in the cleaning industry, which has given me a deep understanding of effective cleaning techniques and the best products to use for a different surfaces. As a mother of 4, the training definitely takes place and so does the cleaning!
