- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up initial call or meeting to kick off Discovery - where I learn about the history of the company, as well as its current state and what goals they want to achieve. I think it's important to address short term given COVID and the drastic change to consumer behavior. Then work closely to ID these goals and how to set up for long term success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Marketing and minor in International Business from Quinnipiac University. I have over 18 years of experience in Marketing, with high concentration of media agency work. From strategy, execution, partnership marketing and business development.
