They were absolutely amazing. Confirmed the day before, came on time, fast, willing to help. They noticed there were pieces missing from my bed, went to the store, and got the correct pieces. I would definitely work with them again.

Emelio and his assistant, Andy, were wonderful. I needed a powerlift recliner picked up and moved to my house 5 miles away. Emelio responded to my request within minutes, set up a day and time that worked for me, and did the job seamlessly. I appreciate the way Emelio kept in communication throughout with text messages. Both gentleman were not only professional, but also kind and respectful.

Details: 1-2 items • Armchair / recliner • 5 - 10 miles • Stairs to load items • Stairs to unload items

I hired Emilio and Puzzle Solvers to pick up a large upholstered chair at Habitat ReStore and deliver it to my home. They wrapped the chair carefully to protect it and carried it up a long walkway and a flight of stairs. Great communication throughout and really nice guys to work with. I will definitely call them again the next time I find a great piece of furniture!

Details: 1-2 items • Armchair / recliner • 11 - 20 miles • No change in floors to load items • Stairs to unload items
