The pros: booking was quick and easy; ability to communicate by text; The bus was beautiful and ran smoothly; we were able to control the music; the driver was on time and polite. I lost track of time while at our dinner and our driver notified me and kept us on schedule. The cons: this one is my mistake for not asking more questions, but I was quoted a price per hour but unbeknownst to me that did NOT include tolls, their travel time to me, limo maintenance charges, and other taxes. My total per hour including 20% tip ended up being double the quoted price. Lesson learned. I took off one star for two reasons: the bus, although beautiful inside had a faint smell of weed and although my driver was polite he had the audacity to ask for a tip both by text and verbally upon arriving back home. I politely reminded him that it was included in my prepaid invoice.

I surprised my husband last night with the Party Van. Our driver, Jamal, was very polite and attentive, which we appreciated. However, I do have three concerns about the company: 1. Excessive calling: They called constantly, so much that I eventually had to ask them to stop. It nearly ruined the surprise for my husband. 2. Unexpected charges: When I booked the party van, I was given an all-inclusive price. I paid the deposit and was told the remaining balance would be due in cash at pickup. When we arrived, I was suddenly hit with an additional $300 charge that was never mentioned beforehand. I had to step away from my own event to figure out what was going on. They also tried to charge for tolls, which was never communicated to me during booking. I don’t think customers should be surprised with extra fees that weren’t disclosed. 3. Capacity issue: The van is advertised as fitting 14 people, but we had 12 and it still felt very cramped. Overall, the van itself was nice and clean, but clearer communication and transparency would have made the experience much better.
