When we noticed the leak in our basement was getting worse, we decided to reach out to some waterproofing contractors to get some quotes. We reached out to multiple contractors and we felt that Summit Roofing and Waterproofing were the way to go. They took time to explain everything in detail, answered all our questions, and priced the work fairly. What struck us most was the fact that when finding the problem and explaining how to fix it, they explained everything in a way that anyone could understand, which is something the other contractors failed to do. They were kind, courteous and clearly knowledgeable. Once we gave the go ahead we scheduled a date. They managed to fit us in pretty soon which we were delighted with. When the start date came, they arrived on time each day, were tidy and extremely hard working. The project was finished within the time frame allowed and the workmanship was of the highest standard. The work was done almost 6 months ago and the basement has stayed completely dry, even through multiple heavy storms. The whole process was a breeze from start to finish and we are glad that we chose to hire Summit. Thanks again guys, you were a pleasure to work with.
