Elsa was amazing to work with as our day-of coordinator! She was so kind, detailed, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she helped us stay organized and made sure every detail was covered. On the wedding day itself, she kept everything running smoothly so we could truly relax and enjoy the moment. We’re so grateful for her hard work and care. She made such a difference in making our day perfect!
Elsa was incredibly thorough in helping with my wedding last weekend. We hired her for the month before & day of our wedding, and she did an amazing job drafting our schedule, figuring out our floorplan, coordinating with vendors, and helping us find some gaps in one of our contracts. Hire Elsa, now! The one piece of advice I got was to hire a day of coordinator. Elsa was amazing leading up to our wedding day making sure she had everything in order. She puts together a wonderful booklet with your special day all laid out. Her detailed help on floor plans and colors was perfect. We planned the whole thing in less than 6 weeks and Elsa didn’t even flinch. Elsa was an absolute rock star coordinating everything from setup to ceremony to breakdown and we had to set up everything from the silverware to the palm trees! Elsa - we are forever grateful to you for making our day PERFECT!

Our wedding went off without a hitch, and it was in large part due to Elsa’s attention to detail and ability to adapt to wherever she was needed next.
My husband and I hired Elsa to be the day-of coordinator as the wedding approached and we realized we needed an extra set of hands (who wasn’t us or someone else in the wedding party).
Elsa was early, very pleasant to work with. All of my bridesmaids had kind things to say about her during the wedding.
She snapped photos of us throughout the day without us having to ask. Now we have some cute photos before the photographer gets back to us in a few weeks with the sneak peeks.
