I had such a wonderful experience in this yoga class. The instructor was incredibly kind and patient with everyone, which made a huge difference since most of us weren’t very flexible. She struck the perfect balance of gently pushing us to go a little further while always making sure we felt comfortable and never in pain. Her guidance was encouraging, and her calm energy made the class enjoyable for all levels. I left feeling challenged but relaxed!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically offer a complimentary telephone or in person visit so that I can fully explore and understand my clients interests and to give us an opportunity to get to know each other a little.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
200 hours yoga certificate and more than 10 years of teaching yoga experience in US, UK and India.
