I was new to yoga, and I reached out to Ms. Tyagi because of persistent sciatic nerve pain. After months of chiropractic treatment with only temporary pain relief, I decided to give yoga a try. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically offer a complimentary telephone or in person visit so that I can fully explore and understand my clients interests and to give us an opportunity to get to know each other a little.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
200 hours yoga certificate and more than 10 years of teaching yoga experience in US, UK and India.
