Pricing is available by project and/or by hour. Fees vary, depending upon the service provide and the complexity and urgency of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My customers generally stay as my customers forever, so I like to have establish a connection, communicate expectations, deadlines, and keep lines open with an questions, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a double major in English and Journalism and Communication, magna cum laude. I also have a JD (law degree). I earned a Certificate in Dispute Resolution Theory and Practice. Therefore, I cam qualified to do Mediation, Arbitration, and all forms of professional Negotiation. In addition, I have over 20 years of technology experience, and 3 years of paralegal/legal assistant experience, both in a variety of industries.
