FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I take some time to get to know the person and his or her needs. Via phone or e-mail, or even Facebook chat, (whichever is preferable), I will ask questions which help me determine what it is that the client is looking for, what their preferences are, what they need to prepare for the photoshoot, and how to make them happy. When the session is booked a small deposit is required (so that I could keep the space). On the day of the photoshoot, I would ask the client to arrive 10-15 minutes early so that we could get to know each other, feel comfortable, sign the contract, and ease into the session. The remainder of the payment is due on the day of session. Following the session (usually about 2 weeks - depending on the number of expected photos), I will send a link to the customer with photo proofs for selection. From there, customer can select and order his or her favorites. Final prints would normally arrive to the customer in about two weeks after that. I take pride in what I do. If for some reason, the client is not fully satisfied with the quality of the photos, we all reshoot until the customer is happy.
