- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A session runs from 45 minutes to an hour depending on fitness level. $55 per session- once a week $45 per session- twice a week or more
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with a new customer about their medical history, limitations and goals. Discuss a plan of action, and a schedule. Go over what is expected from me, and my part of their journey. Additionally what I expect from them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed PTA, certified Personal Trainer, certified K Tape clinician. McKenzie trained to help with spine, and joint injuries.
