Step 1: Free Consultation — We start with a call to understand your goals, property details, and timeline. I'll share realistic revenue projections based on comparable properties in your market. Step 2: Property Assessment — I visit your property (or review it virtually) to evaluate its potential, identify quick wins for increasing bookings and revenue, and create a customized management plan. Step 3: Setup & Launch — We handle everything: professional photography, listing creation and optimization, pricing setup, smart lock installation, guest communication templates, and cleaning team coordination. Most properties go live within 1-2 weeks. Step 4: Ongoing Management — Once live, we manage all guest communication, dynamic pricing adjustments, cleaning coordination, maintenance, reviews, and reporting. You get regular updates and full transparency into your property's performance.
