I hired Romanee to furnish my new apartment after moving across the country. Originally I was planning to rent furniture, but Romanee was able to procure and install furniture and decor for cheaper. I provided her with a general idea of the items I needed and my preferences and she did the rest with some input from me. She uses a tool called Notion so that I could see all the details and track the budget. Thanks to her and her helper I had my new place all set up within the week I moved in and it looks great. As a bonus, they're cool people, too.

Romanee is wonderful to work with. I think that every new vacation rental owner greatly underestimates the amount of work and talent that goes into making the unit beautiful and functional and cost-effective. I know that I did. Step 1: Free Consultation — We start with a call to understand your goals, property details, and timeline. I'll share realistic revenue projections based on comparable properties in your market. Step 2: Property Assessment — I visit your property (or review it virtually) to evaluate its potential, identify quick wins for increasing bookings and revenue, and create a customized management plan. Step 3: Setup & Launch — We handle everything: professional photography, listing creation and optimization, pricing setup, smart lock installation, guest communication templates, and cleaning team coordination.
