Are you looking to invest in your team? Are you looking for a motivational speaker? Someone to energize your organization/team? Someone to remove the distractions and tensions that are slowing your team down?

Degrees in human resource management, systems theory counseling, and educational leadership. Reading, workshops, conversations with fellow providers.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
With degrees in human resources, marriage & family therapy, and educational leadership it just made sense to help companies and individuals benefit from the lessons I've learned along the way. I study people for a living and building their character and strength has always been my passion.
