- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hi Folks, our pricing is based on the condition of your current roof and what it will require to ensure that we install a properly functioning roofing system on your home. We also love to partner with local charities and provide a Millstream donation for every roof we complete! When you meet with one of our inspectors, make sure to ask who we are donating to and what specials we have running!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call Millstream Construction, we will arrange for one of our roofing experts to meet you at your home to inspect the exterior and if possible, the attic of your home. The attic provides a great space to be able to properly diagnose your roofing concerns and ensure a safe experience for our inspectors. Throughout the appointment, we will ask questions to learn more about your home, what your goals and considerations are for the solution. We will educate you about our services and brands that we carry so that you can make a well-informed decision when making your choice to work with Millstream Construction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Millstream is a Platinum Preferred Contractor with Industry leading Owens Corning® as well as a Master Elite Contractor with GAF®. Both of these certifications are industry leading and require significant amount of training, years of proven experience, significant insurance coverage and corporate inspections by both brands.
