K. P. S. Earthworks (Knox Property Services LLC) does everything from land clearing to lawn mowing and everything in between, and is owned and operated by Kenneth Knox of Goshen, CT, since 2015. A little about Kenny: he worked for a large excavation company out of Bantam for about six years, learning many tricks of the trade at luxury homes and many private schools. After that, he worked for a local tree company for a few years and decided trees weren’t his thing. He then worked alongside his older brother doing excavation for many years, working at many high-end homes and municipal clients. With Kenny’s background in excavation construction, Knox Property Services offers many different things, such as land clearing, lawn mowing, and many different excavation services, including but not limited to: driveway/parking lot installation and repair, asphalt patching, drainage/catch basins, well/water line installation/repairs, electrical conduit trenching, foundation waterproofing/footing drains, foundation additions, garage foundation/shed pad prep, and the list goes on; **************.
