We also provide strategic and management consulting services to clients within the design, construction, and development industry with a focus on digital design, virtual design and construction, and BIM technology, training, workflow practices, and strategic planning.

Frank is a dismal service - his company name “golden mean” says it’s all.
Firstly for context..Iv been in construction for 25th are and worked with numerous architects..
He did a phenomenal job of pitching a service and onboarding my project.
But the minute we signed the proposal his temperament, attitude and approach radically changed to one of “just trying to push this job through”. He doesn’t care about client experience or satisfaction…. Franks focused on the money not the work.
He resisted zoom call requests.
Constantly radically deviated from very clear project briefs and wasted my time.
We had to cancel the project because we lost confidence he was going to deliver a satisfactory set of plans that we can build confidently with.
He’s a BULLY and and attempted to force me to make product decisions without offering any insight or education.
He refused a refund, we are left with NO PLANS, and really are forced to start over.
We are going to sue him for far more than a refund now..
Advice: RUN FOR YOUR LIFE from this GRIFTER

Greetings;
I just received a 1 Star Rating from a disgruntled customer, Mr. Andrew Billings. The descriptive content offered by the customer, however, is outrageously in-accurate, it is wholly misleading, it is conjectural, and, most importantly, it is slanderous.
Mr. Billings has threatened legal action in a public forum which is completely unwarranted, and without due process, and his actions now elevate this matter to a significant level.
Due to the slanderous untruths proffered by Mr. Billings, I respectfully request that this Customer Rating be removed immediately. If left in place, this rating can provide irrepairable harm to my business interests. Thumbtack should not be a culpable party to this egregious and unlawful transgression.
PS: What Mr. Billing's fails to state is that I completed a full set of architectural documents for his project -- as per our agreement-- with final changes rendered per his explicit direction.
He declined to accept the completed document set, and instead he threatened legal action.

Frank did an awesome job designing our new home. He was very responsive during the entire process and listened to our input. I will definitely use his services again for any of my future projects. He’s a true pro and I would definitely recommend him to anyone out there looking for a custom home design.
