Lloyd provided excellent service today. He went above and beyond to ensure our vents were working properly. During his visit, he discovered that our dryer vent had not been correctly reconnected after recent construction. He took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue and helped us resolve it. We really appreciate his attention to detail and dedication.

Fastidious company. Always on time. Service person carefully describes exactly what they suspect might be the issue(s) and what they will be looking for. They report to you immediately when they locate the issue or when they suspect something and are continuing. This one detail may seem small but it is major: their service people are well dressed, clean cut and respectful. Their trucks are spotless. Its obvious the company cares about your customer experience. Finally, their work is always flawless and gets the job done.

T J and Matt, were so professional, carried out the appropriate testing for the propane tank and all that pertains. They both were so reassuring that the propane system is safe. They were just Two Very Nice Kind Men. I am a new customer to New England Energy, but I have know of the company for years, and now I am very thankful to be part of it, also thanks to my dear friend Maureen White who help in my becoming a customer. Once Again, Matt and T.J.were excellent.
