No, I quote per job and what I think is fair for the customer
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get the make, model and serial number/service tag of item I will be repairing first so I have an idea on what will be involved. And also as much detail from the customer as possible. Pictures of problem, error messages, whatever you can give me so I can repair item as fast as possible
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certificates from computer schools for computer repair. And I have over 18 years of computer repair
