FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer focused, hands-on organizing sessions designed to create real progress—without dragging projects out. We typically book in 3–4 hour sessions (up to two per day), either: 1. One organizer for smaller spaces or targeted resets 2. Two organizers for faster results and larger areas (our most popular option) We offer seasonal specials when we have more time. Currently, we offer a package for 2 organizers for 4 hours - $495. This is less than $65/hour for both Tricia and Anne. We are typically priced at $95/hour per professional organizer. We can also customize larger jobs with assistant organizers at a lower rate. But you will always get Trica or myself on your job to make sure the job is done as professional as possible. We also offer a complimentary consultation so we can understand your space, priorities, and goals before we begin. We conduct pre-work before we start the job so we can be as efficient as possible. If a consult is not preferred, we’d love to get photos of the space and any details. Our approach is efficient and collaborative—meaning you get meaningful transformation in a single session, not weeks of drawn-out work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple and thoughtful: Consultation (Complimentary) We walk your space, understand how you live, and identify what’s working—and what’s not. If not, we can speak on the phone and get details and maybe get pictures or video, if you prefer. Game Plan: We create a clear, focused plan so your session is productive from the start. Hands-On Session: We work side-by-side with you to do what is necessary in the space. If you need an edit or just moving into a space. - Edit and declutter - Create intuitive zones - Set up systems that actually function day-to-day Finishing Touches can be a part of the process: We can source organizing products, label where helpful, and leave your space fully reset.
