FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Each tuning is $150. If your piano hasn't been tuned in a long time it may require two tunings (a pitch raise and a fine tune), which will cost $300 total.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Find out the relative age of the piano and when the last time it was tuned. Then, we will figure out how much work SHOULD AND NEEDS to be done.
