- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rate reflects the wide range of services we offer and the flexibility we provide in scheduling, however we are more than willing to be flexible. Our priority is forming lasting productive relationships.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you first contact us one of our team leaders will reach out to understand what services are most important for you, and then match the best team member we have to fit your criteria. We guarantee to not charge any money until the first amazing session, and are committed to finding a better mentor if our first match is not perfect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every one of our outstanding mentors is a current or former Ivy League student with previous experience tutoring and advising younger students. We are more than capable of providing the most current advise and sharing the valuable information we have gained from our education.
