FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Atlantic Home Restoration LLC, we provide transparent, detailed estimates with no hidden fees. Every proposal includes a clear breakdown of labor, materials, and allowances, so you know exactly what you’re paying for. We also offer seasonal discounts (such as 10–15% off select projects) and work with each client to stay within budget without cutting corners. Larger projects may require a deposit to secure scheduling, with flexible payment options available. Our goal is simple: deliver high-quality work at a fair price — with honesty and accountability from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to keep things simple, transparent, and stress-free: Initial Contact & Consultation – We start with a phone call or site visit to understand your vision, budget, and timeline. Detailed Estimate – You’ll receive a clear, itemized proposal outlining labor, materials, and any allowances. Planning & Design – If needed, we help with layout, material selections, and custom options to match your style. Project Scheduling – Once approved, we set a start date and secure all necessary permits, materials, and team members. Execution & Communication – We protect your home, complete the work with precision, and keep you updated at every step. Final Walkthrough – Together, we review every detail to ensure you’re 100% satisfied before project completion. From the first call to the final polish, our focus is on quality, communication, and delivering results that last.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our expertise is built on 25+ years of hands-on trade experience combined with formal training in tile installation, waterproofing systems, and construction management. The journey began at Byram Tile in Greenwich, CT in 1998, where Jorge Alejandro (founder of Atlantic Home Restoration LLC) mastered precision tile layout, high-end stone finishes, and specialty materials like marble, granite, porcelain, quartz, and slate. Over the years, we’ve continued advancing through certifications, workshops, and on-site training with industry leaders (including Schluter® and Hydro Ban® waterproofing systems). This ongoing education ensures that every project meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, safety, and durability. Our team blends real-world experience with professional training, making us trusted specialists in bathroom/kitchen remodeling, tile work, and full home renovations.
