- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide upfront, transparent pricing before any work begins no hourly surprises or hidden fees. Most jobs are quoted as flat-rate packages based on the scope of work. We'll confirm the price with you before we start, so you know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's simple: You call or message us, we ask a few quick questions about the job, and we give you a quote usually within minutes. Once confirmed, we schedule a time that works for you (often sameday). We show up on time, complete the work, clean up, and send you a photo when it's done if your are not around.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have hands on experience with premium TV mounting Samsung, LG, Sony, smart home devices like the Nest, Ring, Ecobee, and furniture assembly from all major brands. We stay current on the latest installation techniques and product requirements to ensure everything is mounted safely and correctly.
