Although Paul is booked solid he was able to diagnose my problem & stated that he would gladly assist in my navigating the process. Very helpful.

Details: Cracked floor or foundation • Uneven or sloping floors • Gaps between the wall and floor or ceiling • Slab on grade • I'm not sure, I need a professional's help to identify my load-bearing wall type • Residential • Owner

I reached out to emerald waterproofing & restoration regarding my chimney and in my opinion i thought i needed a new one due to deterioration but the team came out and they repaired it to a great standard without having to tear it down, the replaced the broken bricks and put all new mortar throughout the chimney then finished by sealing it.
When it was completed i honestly thought it was a new chimney the way they managed to repair it and i am over with moon with the results im so glad i chose emerald and i will definetley be reaching out in the future for other home projects.

Had my foundation walls repaired and sealed by emerald waterproofing & restoration.
Great peace of mind given by the team step by step as they guided me through everything they were doing throughout the project.
Very knowledgeable and professional crew that I will be using in the future again.

Had my chimney repointed by the emerald team and they did such a great job you would swear they had put a new chimney up.
Team also made sure everything was cleaned up and I will definitely be using them again for future projects.

foundation repair carried out by emerald waterproofing & restoration on some nasty looking cracks i had around my home, the guys came in with a clear plan and put my mind at ease immediately when talking me through how they would be taking care of these and i knew straight away i was in the right hands.

They sealed and repaired all the affected areas and also checked out the rest of the foundations and reassured me everthing is all good which was such a relief.

highly reccomend.
