As a former ballet dancer I have a keen awareness of alignment and have been often called the posture queen ;) I also have an in depth knowledge of nutrition and can help with a well rounded wellness program I have been teaching for 15 years and absolutely love what I do. I am so grateful to be able to share my knowledge and help people get into better shape.

Lauren is fantastic. She takes time to understand what your needs are and where your capabilities are. She then works with you to create physical alignment, strength, and flexibility. After a short time I am already feeling better with better physical structure.

Lauren is an outstanding yoga teacher who goes beyond the basic movements and poses. She has a deep understanding of breath-work, chakra chanting - mantras - and the overall health benefits of yoga practice. She is an excellent instructor for students of all levels, from beginners to more advanced. If you take her classes on a regular basis you will find they are never exactly the same; she mixes things up and keeps it always fresh and interesting.
