Christina Nicole Yoga

I am a passionate private yoga teacher, Reiki master and a holistic health and wellness coach located in Greenwich, CT. My goal is to guide you towards your goals and help you define your optimal self through my unique, concierge-style approach. After over 10 years as a marketing executive, I seized an opportunity to redirect my professional energy and pursue my dream of being a writer and a healer. As an avid yoga practitioner for over 15 years, my relationship with yoga is constantly evolving through a combination of playful exploration and dedicated study. I received my 200 and 500-hour certifications from Saraswati's Yoga Joint in Norwalk. CT; I have a certification in restorative yoga and am Reiki II certified. I practice and teach a heat-building, athletic, well-balanced Vinyasa flow with a strong emphasis on healthy alignment, therapeutic instruction, and lots of laughter. I also facilitate a more targeted and prescriptive approach to yoga that enables any body to receive yoga's healing benefits. I encourage the alignment of intellectual and physical pursuits with my sincere and heartfelt approach to yoga.
