We got our pro for appliance repair and we were matched with Brad Horton. Brad is an excellent repairman and he looked at our washing machine and told me what he thought was the problem as he knew right a way. Based on what he found we hired him. Had to order parts and they came in and we scheduled an appointment to have him repair the washer. Brad came back and removed old parts and replaced with new ones. The quality and professional of Brad can't be compared to anyone else. He did and excellent job and it did not take him long and our washer was fixed. He was a professional through out the repair He finished the job and cleaned up the area. He is very good on his fees and I can't say enough about Brads work ethics and was reasonably priced and told me if it didn't work that we would come back with another washer if he had too. We would recommend Brad to anyone that needs a repair. After he left I did a load of clothes and the washer worked GREAT, no noise nothing just normal operations. Brad solved our problem and probably saved us $450.00 that might have been a new washer.

Brad was very nice and knew his stuff. He was able to repair my dryer with no issues and was very professional. He even tried to help me with another appliance by recommending a website for me to research similar issues. I highly recommend Brad if you need a washing machine or dryer repair.
