Brad was fantastic and showed me how to do the maintenance myself and was very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend him for anyone in need of a washer or dryer repair/maintenance or if one needs to be purchased.

We got our pro for appliance repair and we were matched with Brad Horton. Brad is an excellent repairman and he looked at our washing machine and told me what he thought was the problem as he knew right a way. Based on what he found we hired him. Had to order parts and they came in and we scheduled an appointment to have him repair the washer. Brad came back and removed old parts and replaced with new ones. The quality and professional of Brad can't be compared to anyone else. He did and excellent job and it did not take him long and our washer was fixed. He was a professional through out the repair He finished the job and cleaned up the area. He is very good on his fees and I can't say enough about Brads work ethics and was reasonably priced and told me if it didn't work that we would come back with another washer if he had too. We would recommend Brad to anyone that needs a repair. After he left I did a load of clothes and the washer worked GREAT, no noise nothing just normal operations. Brad solved our problem and probably saved us $450.00 that might have been a new washer.

Brad was extremely responsive and punctual. He came by for an assessment and we ordered a part. He came the next day to install the part and our dryer is good as new. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
