My name is Farrah Kaeser, and I am the owner of Natural Equilibrium. I am a Certified Master Herbalist, Reiki Master Teacher (Voted Best Reiki Practitioner in Southeastern Connecticut in 2015!), Natural Health Consultant, and an Essential Oil Specialist, as well as the director of the Reiki for Military Program. I provide Reiki treatments and certification classes, Aromatouch sessions, lead workshops, walks, talks, groups and classes on a wide variety of health and wellness topics, and provide wellness consultations and handcrafted organic herbal products. Whether I am teaching a class, doing a Reiki treatment, blending a tea, giving guidance or just listening, I know that I am helping someone find balance and health within themselves. Sometimes that means helping relieve physical pain, and sometimes it can mean helping alleviate emotional struggles or spiritual blockage. No matter the cause or the remedy, knowing that every day I devote my life to helping others and sharing love and light... that is what makes my life worthwhile. And I can truly say that every single day I passionately love what I do!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While there is no required continuing education, I am constantly taking classes, getting more degrees and certifications, and reading. Reading everything I can get my hands on! I also continuously share with my fellow naturopaths to help all of us keep up with what's new.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I specialize in chronic pain, military families, first responders, and those experiencing stress. Using herbal remedies, energy work, essential oils, nutrition and lifestyle, counseling, and coaching, I can help my clients restore their balance, alleviating many of their symptoms and root causes.
