- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $35 per man hour, plus tax. We do not price per job. Windows are separate price of are $10 per regular sized window that are able to pull inwards. $5 for just the inside of window & $15 for sliders & French doors. An extra $35 fee for cleaning inside oven as well as inside of fridgerator. We do have other add ons we can do for an additional price. I can give you an estimate based off of your square footage but we never know exactly how much it will be until we’re actually in your home cleaning! We offer discounts with our “prepay program”.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Housekeeping seekers can message me on here, Angie's list, our website Kimberkleen.us, my cell phone, my email to let me know their contact info & what type of cleaning they're interested in. As well as any other questions they have! I try my best to return calls/messages with in 24 hours. I have general policies I like to send to potential clients so they know what to expect. Then I will gather pertinent info about their home, expectations & budget, so I can give them an estimate. After that, potential clients can let me know if they would like to move forward or tweak something to better fit their idea/budget for initial cleaning. After agreeing on details for initial clean I can get them on the schedule !
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kimberkleen housekeeping has been around for a decade! All of us are C.O.R.E trained so that we all clean the same; as efficiently & effectively as possible! We have seasonal meetings with franchise owners & employees to keep up with current trends in the field & to brush up on our skills.
