Meristem Tree Care and Plantscapes is a small family run tree and landscaping business. We value professionalism, communication and of course quality. We prune and remove trees and shrubs and offer tree fertilization, tree watering and tree pest treatments. We also offer garden design and installation services. Our minimum cost shrub or tree work is $250. We can sometimes quote projects with texted/emailed photos prior to the job. Check us out on our website! Guy is a licensed arborist through the state of CT (Cert # PMCS.0065661) and also has a International Society of Arborists license (ISA - RM08171A). As of 2024, we are adding landscape services like garden installation, lite grading, garden removals, decorative rock and mulch installation. The work wasn’t easy — the branches were high, thick, and positioned awkwardly — but they handled it with total professionalism and skill. They worked carefully to make sure everything was trimmed safely without causing any damage to surrounding trees or property. What stood out most was their attention to detail and respect for the overall look of the tree — it doesn’t just look “cut back,” it looks healthier and better shaped. They left the space spotless afterward too, which is always appreciated. Guy was very responsive, really communicative, and such a safe and hard working individual. We needed a tree removed in a busy time and knew we would need to wait. We first offer free estimates, then from there we email a quote. When a client is ready to move forward, we will schedule the project!
