I received a call immediately and a repair man came out within the window of time given. He assessed the situation quickly and had a couple of variables he presented to me. So far the refrigerator is working but gave ne options if it ends up failing (compressor). He was honest and talked with me at length with what my options are. Was extremely pleased!!
