Gerard was professional, courteous, and able to accommodate my request on short notice, which I appreciated. He completed additional plumbing work that my contractor needed and was pleasant to work with. One of the issues I called about involved a humming and knocking noise in a shower. Unfortunately, the noise did not occur while he was at my home, so the source could not be identified during the visit. Later that same day, the noise returned, and I sent several recordings of the issue. I was told the matter would be addressed upon his return from being out of town, but I have not received any follow-up communication. While I appreciated his professionalism and responsiveness initially, I was disappointed by the lack of follow-up regarding the unresolved issue.
