I chose Magni Home Solutions to replace my old gas water heater. Gerard was very professional, very responsive, answered all questions and did a fabulous job. I will definitely be using him in the future for other projects. Old water heater is the white one and the gray one is the new one.

Gerard from Magni Home Solutions was very friendly and able to get the job done if replacing our hot water heater. He offered us several options and ended up installing a tankless water heater at a very fair price. We did have a few hiccups. The flooring was gouged when he moved the old tank out and the condensate line he put into the drain pipe leaked. He returned 2 times to fix the drain pipe issue ultimately rebuilding a section of it and I rerouted the condensate line out the wall myself(my choice). He was very apologetic for the inconveniences and overall did a good job for the price we paid. His communication and responsiveness were great. I would recommend getting an estimate from him when deciding on your next project.
