Carpets were in need of a cleaning. Have had chem dry in the past and carpets never looked completely clean. Fresh works did a great job, will be using your company going forward!

Great experience with Freshworks they arrived on time and the work was outatanding. They did a deep cleaning of my house and it never looked this great.

There was a slight mix-up about the work to be done. The carpet came out great. The young man wasn't prepared to do the upholstery as well as the carpet. I don't think he was experienced at doing the upholstery, He missed a few spots, the sofa and loveseat were soaking wet when done and took until the next day to dry. He didn't move the furniture from the carpet until ready to leave then I asked if he would move one chair and do the carpet under it. There was some residual over spill of cleaning product onto the wood floor that I had to work hard to clean up. He was very polite, professional, and worked hard. I just think a little more training with the details would have been helpful, and then he would have done a great job.

Cleaned my carpet in a record time and I was satisfied with the customer service.
