I provide a personal touch that is centered around the clients needs. My cuisine is tailor made to the individuals palate combined with originality. I absolutely enjoy satisfying my clients. Comfort food is my mantra. It can calm a soul when in distress; It can enhance a romantic setting; It can bring laughter and excitement to a room of boredom and to be the facilitator of such effects I find rewarding.

Khaliah and the Catering Company were wonderful to work with. A week before our event, she took the time to visit the location to get a feel for the layout. Her email responses were very quick. She was extremely accommodating in helping us create the perfect menu and the food was fabulous! Things that need to be worked on: Timing, staff energy levels, and set up. Food was not timed properly (was supposed to be ready by 1pm, but was not ready until around 1:45pm). There were many moments where guests were standing around waiting to be served. If the food prep and grilling was timed properly, this would not have happened. I would suggest getting a larger grill and hiring another staff person to help cook and serve. Your staff looked tired at times and I would have preferred higher energy. Set up, for the most part, was executed well. But the tent you brought was missing parts and could not be used. This delayed set-up time. The beverage containers were also a bit finicky and leaking at times. Other than these details, you were a lovely company to work with and the food was great (which is the important part). Thanks!

The food was delicious and I would definitely use her again. She was very accommodating. My only criticism was that she got lost and came later than expected. It worked out ok but it caused me stress. She is very good And everyone lover the food.

My pricing is always fair to the client. My profits derive from repeat and new client intake,
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I am a member of the NRFSP (National Registry of Food Safety Professionals) environment and believe it or not the TV guru Rachel Ray food network. Both aide in keeping me abreast of the changing culinary world.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was in college and a young wife. My husband said in anger one day that he was so tired of eating boxed macaroni and cheese, unseasoned can green beans and overcooked pork chops. It hurt my feelings so badly that I decided to learn how to cook and so my next semester I took a cooking class and it became a private hobby of my. I perfected it so much that I became an artist of the culinary world. I became a master culinary specialist where every taste I produce became flavor able and remarkable.
