They were professional and efficient in their work. The only thing I did not get from them was before and after pictures of the inside of the ducts as they promised.

My tenant was thrilled with how thoroughly the cleaned the air/vent duct and dryer. She is the type of tenant that pays very close attention to detail and will spot a job done poorly. Jacob and team were very punctual in arrival updates for our service. He went through the evaluation of our ductwork that was in dire need of cleaning, explained how often it should be done and what the pricing would be. I have been having terrible health issues the last few years only in my house and after they were done cleaning out the ventilation system the house smelled so much fresher within just a few minutes. Time will tell if it helps my asthma but I will definitely have CT Air Duct back out regularly given their efficiency and professionalism with our service!

Incredibly pleased with Ductworks! I requested a quote and within 30 minutes had an appointment scheduled for the same day - they got here early, and were super quick (but thorough) in their work. They even cleaned our dryer vent and showed us how to reattach - and then checked our furnace and showed us all the improvements...very happy with them, and will be calling soon to have them come back out for a fog (anti-bacterial, anti-mold) cleaning!! So happy with the results!!!

Jacob and his team were great! When they arrived, they inspected my vents and told me exactly what I needed done. I was very happy with their professionalism and the care taken in completing the job. Jacob even repaired a vent while at my house.
