I cannot say enough good things about Matt from MB Electric. I found MB Electric through Thumbtack after my 82-year-old mother began having electrical issues where a circuit kept tripping, causing her TV room to lose power — impacting her lights, internet, computer, and TV. Within 5 minutes of submitting a request on Thumbtack, Matt responded. Coincidentally, he was already in town and said he could be at my mother’s house within the hour. True to his word, he arrived around 11:30 AM and immediately began troubleshooting the issue. Because there were no obvious signs pointing to the cause, diagnosing the problem proved challenging. As many people know, hiring an electrician can become expensive quickly, but Matt was very mindful of that and genuinely did not want my mother to incur unnecessary charges. After identifying loose outlet wires and a potentially faulty circuit, Matt completed the full diagnosis and repair in about two hours. Unfortunately, the issue returned within a couple of hours of Matt leaving. After my mother and I exhausted our troubleshooting options while keeping Matt updated by text, he offered to return that evening at 7 PM, free of charge. Despite a two-hour round trip commute, Matt arrived as promised at 7 PM and spent another 1.5 hours on the job. After climbing through the attic, rewiring switches, and realigning wires in the circuit panel, the issue was fixed. Matt demonstrated incredible integrity, professionalism, and accountability. He stood behind his work and came back after hours to make things right without expecting additional payment.  That level of honesty and customer service is rare today. We truly appreciated Matt’s dedication, and because of this experience, he has absolutely earned our future business. I highly recommend Matt and MB Electric.

I’m very impressed with the work that’s was done at my house, he cleaned up the extra wires the wasn’t used in my basement, hung up a front entrance ceiling light, fixed a switch in my bathroom, and clean up extra wires in my attic. The work was done in a timely fashion and he was extremely professional. I highly recommend if you’re looking for quality work.
