When I spoke with Glenn via thumbtack, we set up an appointment very quickly and my dad met him for me bc I was at work. He was very friendly and professional. Glenn did a thorough job of getting rid of my unwanted "guests" trying to invade my home. I'm looking forward to no more issues. He also will come back as needed if the problem isn't resolved after 1 visit.

We do NOT price per zip code. Also, we price per job and what we will be doing. Just because you have 2500 sqft of home, does not mean a bee nest should cost more or less than someone with 3000 or 500 sqft.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak on the phone, we listen to you and your concerns. typically you will receive a hard quote on the phone and when we come to your home the first time we service the first time. No sales person, No time wasted, only great service given with great pride.

CT Supervisory Lic in Rodent, Pest and Termite. Lic and Insured.
